
簡單的「沙茶蟹肉炒蛋」快速美味、
超下飯~~~怎麼吃都好吃!!
[沙茶蟹肉炒蛋]
材料:蟹腳肉適量, 雞蛋4顆, 沙茶醬適量,
米酒及太白粉少許, 九層塔適量
先將蟹腳肉以米酒抓一下後倒入太白粉抓醃。

雞蛋打散後倒入鍋中炒至半熟、加入蟹腳肉炒至略熟。

接著加入沙茶醬炒一下。

放入九層塔蓋上蓋子悶一下即可盛盤。

快手料理「沙茶蟹肉炒蛋」香噴噴好下飯!!

配著白飯吃鹹香鹹香、一不小心白飯又會吃太多(笑)
