
用氣炸鍋完成的「鳳梨蝦球」很美味,
而且不用油炸健康無負擔。
[鳳梨蝦球]
材料:蝦仁10-12尾, 太白粉適量, 蛋白1顆, 鳳梨片適量,
檸檬汁少許, 美乃滋適量, 油少許
將蝦子去頭去殼並將背部劃開,接著用蛋白醃一下。

將蝦仁兩面沾上太白粉放入氣炸鍋,
噴上些許油後以200度氣炸鍋炸約5分鐘取出翻面續炸3分鐘。

將炸好的蝦球與鳳梨片、適量美乃滋及少許檸檬汁攪拌均勻即完成。

最喜歡吃「鳳梨蝦球」了,酥脆蝦球與酸甜鳳梨真是絕配 ♪
